Aiden had his 6 month Dr. appointment this afternoon.  Everything is in tip top shape and he is quite the Average Joe measuring in the 50% for all his stats – and we thought he was huge, compared to James who was regularly in the 5% for most things he is pretty sturdy.  The pediatrician laid down the law that there was to be no more helping him along to sleep and he needed to face the hard truth that he was old enough and big enough to fall asleep on his own and not require 3-4 feedings a night.  So….. this is shaping up to be one ugly weekend, a whole lotta crying, and a whole lotta Ben and Jerrys.  Stay tuned for that nail biter!  And, to brighten things up, after being told what is to come of his poor sleep habits he got 2 shots – poor little bugger!
